Our Bare Galvalume Roofing Sheet are available in numerous sizes, designs and colors and are in extensively demanded in homes, restaurants, hotels and many other places. Our products are of rugged design, excellent strength, durable and easy to install. The combination of zinc and aluminum in Galvalume which enhances both the positive and negative effects of aluminum. Galvalume has barrier corrosion resistance and heat resistance similar to aluminized material and good bare edge galvanic protection and forming qualities like galvanized material.
The alloy-coated product contains 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon by weight. Applied by the traditional hot-dipping process, Galvalume is perfect for applications that call for high corrosion resistance and heat reflectivity. It is typically used in construction, appliances, agricultural equipment and several non-exposed automotive components. Thanks to its shiny spangled appearance, Galvalume can be used even without a layer of paint over it. It has better resistance to oxidation and can withstand temperatures up to 315°C without discolouration.
The application of an organic coating eliminates the need for ArcelorMittal to apply conventional chemical treatment and vanishing oil. This enhancement offers our customers and users the following benefits:
